How it all began
Hello and welcome! I’m Ahnna Nguyen – the creator behind GRIFIK.
Ever since I was little, I’ve been drawn to magical worlds. I loved coloring the black-and-white illustrations in my fairy tale books and redrawing scenes from my favorite fantasy novels, manga and films.

As I grew up, I wanted more time to enjoy the things I loved, but I was caught up in the busy cycle of my full-time job as a designer and illustrator. Whenever possible, I traveled, escaped into nature to relax and recharge. Those magical landscapes felt like something out of a fairy tale, filling me with inspiration.

Then came 2020. The world hit pause, and so did I. It was my chance to reflect and reorient what I needed to do. That’s when I decided to take a leap – leaving my job to start GRIFIK, a brand where I could bring my own whimsical worlds to life through coloring designs.
