What are digital products, and how do they work?

Our digital products are downloadable files that you can print and enjoy at home. This means you can get instant access to our unique designs and start coloring right away, without any waiting for shipping. Once you’ve downloaded your files, you can print them on your preferred paper, making it easy to customize your coloring experience.

Access and Downloading

How do I download my files?

Downloading is quick and easy! After your payment is confirmed:

  1. Look for a “DOWNLOAD” button to the right of your invoice.
  2. You’ll also receive an email with a download link to access your files.

Troubleshooting File Issues

What if I can’t open the file?

If you’re having trouble opening a file:

  1. Make sure you have a PDF reader installed, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free and widely compatible.
  2. If the file is still not opening, it may have downloaded incompletely. Try downloading it again using a stable internet connection.

Printing and Use Tips

What type of paper should I use for printing?

Here are some suggestions to make your coloring experience more enjoyable:

  • For Coloring Books or Pages: Many colorists love using Neenah Cardstock Bristol Vellum or Strathmore Coloured Pencil paper. If these aren’t available, we recommend paper between 90-180gsm. Avoid paper that’s too thick, as it can be difficult to print on a home laser printer, and paper that’s too thin may wrinkle or warp when layering colors.
  • For Bookmarks: Printing on cardstock will make your bookmarks more durable. You can laminate them after coloring for a lasting finish—perfect as a gift or for marking your place in your favorite books.

Refunds and Exchanges

Can I get a refund or exchange for digital products?

Since our products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer exchanges in certain cases—such as if you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, or if there is an issue with the file itself. Please review our Exchange and Refund Policy for more details, and contact us within 7 days if you need assistance.

Do you accept exchanges or returns for physical products?

For international shipments, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement product or issue a refund to your original payment method.
